Electrical Modalities
These are treatment adjuncts to promote relief of swelling and pain, activation of weakened muscles and facilitate timely healing. These include therapeutic ultrasound, electrical muscle stimulators, transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS) and interferential current.
